The Bellingham City Council will hold a Public Hearing tomorrow evening to hear testimony about a proposed tax that would impose one tenth of one percent sales tax to fund homelessness. In the link below, you’ll be directed to Monday evening’s meeting agenda. Once you open the agenda, listed in a few paragraphs down is a link to sign up to speak. The earlier one signs up to speak, the earlier they will be called upon in the Hearing. When signing up to speak, it is important that you choose the PUBLIC HEARING instead of Public Comment.
